The breakfast buffet had a very wide selection of items. it had many options including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. i enjoyed the variety of choices it offered. the pools had saltwater, a feature i found quite refreshing, and they were well kept. the hotel grounds include beautiful gardens with a variety of plants. It was a relaxing area to walk through.
The air conditioning in the room was difficult to adjust. It was either too cold or off. there was no in-between

Very nice Stay at This Luxurious Oasis!

Breakfast was a real treat. The selection was abundant. All the pools sparkled and were inviting. Sun loungers was like clouds. They offered really good comfort. The staff showed real dedication, accommodating our early check-in and providing a room for freshening up before our evening flight. Entertainment options kept us smiling. Such great fun!
The beach club menu could benefit from adding a few more light snack options..

I really enjoyed the beach club. breakfasts were amazing with a good selection. the staff, including manuel, rebecca, and roxanne, were friendly. the beach club salad is fantastic. I liked it very much.
The shower did not work when i arrived in room 350. the left-hand basin was blocked, and the sink was broken. the maintenance worker tried to repair it, but failed. A new unit was supplied and fitted.

The heated pool was lovely. The greenery created a peaceful atmosphere! I appreciated the convenience of being right on the beach. Walking to other restaurants was easy. The location was very convenient.
The shower did not work on arrival in our room. The left hand basin was blocked. The maintenance worker attempted a repair, but he failed. A new unit was fitted.
